Quilt Auction

The Quilt Auction is a Simulcast Auction, which means that both online and in-person bidders will be bidding on the item being auctioned. In-person bidders can register for a bidder number at the Registration Desk. To reserve seats if attending in-person, Contact: Kim Wagner at kimh.wagner@gmail.com.

Successful bidders in-person at the sale will receive a tag with the quilt number and successful online biddders will be notified digitally. After paying, bidders will be able to pick-up their item(s) at the Quilt Display Area. Successful online bidders should make arrangements to pick up their item(s) on Saturday, April 6, by 3 pm or a bidder can arrange to have items shipped to them at their expense.


Silent Auction
Friday, April 5 | 4– 9 pm
Saturday, April 6 | 8 am– 1 pm

The Silent Auction features unique items for sale, such as themed gift baskets, event tickets, paintings, photography and pottery, wooden creations (including toys), handmade dolls, and collectibles.

Bidding will take place both online and in-person using the website link or PA Relief Sale app. Bidding opened one week prior to the sale and will conclude on Saturday, April 6 at 1 pm (ET).

Winning bidders are asked to pick-up items at the Silent Auction on Saturday, April 6, by 2 pm. Winning bidders not present at the sale will be able to pick- up select items at the MCC Material Resources Center (MRC) in Ephrata from Tuesday to Friday, April 9 – 12. Shipping is not offered.


Coin Auction
Saturday, April 6 | 9:30 am

The Coin Auction features rare, unusual, and collectible coins. Bidding begins at 9:30 am and runs through the end of the lots. Bidding will take place both online and in-person using the PA Relief Sale app. Download it today from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Attendees must register for a bidder number at the Registration Desk to bid on items at the Country and Coin Auctions.

Country Auction

The Country Auction features a variety of goods and items. Items include miniature replicas, quilt racks, hand-painted items, glass, indoor and outdoor furniture, antiques, and collectibles.

Bidders must register for a bidder number at the Registration Desk to bid on items at the Country Auctions. It is in-person bidding only.
