The Quilt Auction at the Pennsylvania Relief Sale celebrates the work of numerous artists and needle workers. The 2018 Quilt Auction raised $115,635!
Quilters spend hours choosing patterns and fabric, piecing, appliqueing, embroidering, quilting, and finishing. Hundreds of people attend the two-day live auction to view and bid on the region’s finest handcrafted quilts, wall hangings, knotted comforters, and pre-print items.

Reserved seating is available only for Saturday’s quilt auction and the cost is $10 per chair. Seats may be reserved in person at the sale or in advance by contacting Kim Wagner.
The Silent Auction at the Pennsylvania Relief Sale features unique items for sale. The 2018 Silent Auction raised $9,390!
Items included artisan jewelry, themed gift baskets, event tickets, original artwork including paintings and pottery, photography, antiques, wood creations (including toys), hand-knit and handmade items, vintage linens, collectibles, and children’s items.

Featured Item: Federal Dollhouse
This Federal dollhouse was originally made by the Lawbre dollhouse company in the 1980s from 3/8" birch plywood, measuring 62” wide, 18" deep, and 34" high. Features 8 rooms, flooring, wallpaper and wired for lights. The house will be furnished. This item is museum-quality and will be popular at the Silent Auction. Come see it in person!

The Country Auction at the Pennsylvania Relief Sale features a variety of goods from across Central Pennsylvania. The 2018 Country Auction raised $13,977 plus $3,460 from collectible coins!
Items included miniature replicas, quilt racks, hand painted items, glass, furniture, and collectibles, including coins and cards (when available).

Each year, a different artist creates a celebratory piece of pottery in recognition of the sale. This has become a great tradition at the Pennsylvania Relief Sale. The mug will be sold at the Country Auction on Saturday, April 6, at 11 a.m. This year features the work of Lynn Lais, a potter with Spruce Forest Artisan Village.
