The Food Basket Traveling Quilt is presented as a symbol of God's love and caring for hungry people around the world. It will be diplayed at various MCC relief sales being held throughout the US and Canada in 2009-2010. The Food Basket quilt is a symbolic auction item, serving to inspire bidders to contribute toward Food For All, a campaign to reduce immediate hunger in the world.
